Owner and history

The vineyard is located in the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation on the Côte de Nuits, and is cultivated using organic and biodynamic farming methods. The vines are planted in stony clay-limestone soils.

Vinification and aging

The grape harvest is done by hand.
The winemaking process takes place in stainless steel tanks using whole bunches of grapes, with minimal intervention during maceration and no additives.
The eggs are raised for 10 months in concrete eggs.
