    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from Saint-Joseph vines, grown on granite terraces in Mauves and Tournon. This location leaves no room for mechanization in the vineyards; everything is done by hand!

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. They are vinified using traditional methods (70% destemmed).
    Fermentation takes place in open vats with regular punch-downs and pump-overs. The wine is then aged for 2 years in oak barrels.
