    This cuvée comes from a 0.55 hectare plot located north of the legendary Clos Vougeot. The Chardonnay vines grow in stony and clay soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested, sorted and whole-cluster grapes
    - Aged in oak barrels (25% new) for 12 to 16 months
