    Owner and history

    The Domaine des Ardoisières vineyard stretches across west-facing slopes, benefiting from ideal sun exposure. The rich and varied soils consist of schistous marl, hard black schist, and clay, giving the wines a unique minerality and an authentic expression of the Savoyard terroir.

    Vinification and aging

    The 2023 Argile vintage is crafted with meticulous attention to detail at every stage of its winemaking. The grapes are harvested as whole bunches to preserve their freshness and authenticity. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts, thus respecting the terroir's unique character. Aging for nine months in tanks allows the wine to retain its pure aromas while adding finesse and balance.
