    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from plots of old Cabernet Sauvignon vines. The vines are located on the clay-limestone slopes of Parnay. The soil is typical of the appellation: rich in tuffeau.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Destemming and sorting of the grapes
    - Aged for 24 months (gravity-fed barreling to handle the wine gently)
