    Owner and history

    Pur Sang comes from a 2-hectare plot of Sauvignon Blanc. The vines are on average 25 years old. The harvest is done by hand with very precise sorting of the grapes.

    Vinification and aging

    Aging on lees complemented by aging in large volumes under oak barrels.
