    Damien tends the vineyard, which is less than 9 hectares, with the utmost care. He limits inputs as much as possible to allow the vines to express themselves.

    Vinification and aging

    Traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 11 to 18 months in oak barrels.
