    We enjoy this fine wine with a matured ribeye steak accompanied by sautéed porcini mushrooms, a sirloin steak with cherries, or a lamb tagine with figs. Serve at around 16°C.

    Owner and history

    The vines in Montepulciano are 70 years old. In this vintage, the two vineyards of Branella and Casa Pepe were separated into two distinct cuvées. The vineyard is cultivated using biodynamic methods, with the utmost respect for the terroir.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes, hand-pressed or foot-operated press
    - Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged in neutral concrete tanks and bottled without filtration
