    Angus beef, roast lamb shoulder, osso buco, or stuffed mushrooms pair perfectly with this wine. Serve at around 16°C after decanting for at least an hour.

    Owner and history

    The Serradenari vineyard is the highest in the Barolo region. It is the appellation's historic site: a cool, mountainous climate where Nebbiolo grapes express themselves to perfection. The vines are cultivated organically without chemicals.
