    The Clos Vougeot appellation covers 50 hectares between Chambolle-Musigny and Vosne-Romanée. Drouhin owns 0.9 hectares of this exceptional Grand Cru. He cultivates by hand, organically and biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested to preserve the whole grapes
    - Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 14-18 months in oak barrels
