Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for L'Aventure - Chloe 2019 is carried out with meticulous attention to detail. The grapes are hand-harvested, then destemmed and gently crushed to preserve their integrity. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature control and optimal aroma extraction. Aging in oak barrels for an undisclosed period then imparts woody notes and added complexity to the wine.
