    Owner and history

    This vintage comes from a plot called Bel Air, rich in red clay and limestone. The vines are organically farmed and are on average 60 years old. The plot covers 2 hectares.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested to preserve the whole fruit
    - Vinification in barrels (10% new barrels) with indigenous yeasts
    - Long aging process and bottling in May 2022
