    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 10 hectares of vines, divided into 25 plots, in the heart of the Touraine appellation. The Sauvignon Blanc vines grow in predominantly clay-limestone soils.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested to preserve the quality of the fruit
    - Fermentation in barrels (10% new barrels) with indigenous yeasts
