Owner and history

Le Méal Blanc comes from Marsanne vines over 50 years old, on the slopes of Hermitage. The plot covers 2 hectares of vines, planted in alluvial soil composed of rolled pebbles. These characteristics impart a high minerality to the grapes. The vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically.

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested without over-ripeness
- Pressing of whole grapes
- Vinification in new demi-muids (50%) and in vats (50%)
- Aged for 12 months on lees
