    Owner and history

    The vines are cultivated biodynamically in the southernmost part of the Rheinhessen region. The Riesling vines grow in a very mineral-rich vineyard on steep slopes.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. The wines are gently pressed and then vinified with indigenous yeasts.
