    Tasting notes

For a vegetarian dish, consider mushroom risotto. Alternatively, for a meat-based option, consider quail with honey and mustard.

    Owner and history

Its vineyard benefits from a highly diverse terroir, resulting in unique wines. The 73 hectares of vines rest on a mosaic of varied soils and subsoils. The vineyard cultivates four red grape varieties: Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (3%), and Petit Verdot (2%). For white wines, it cultivates four varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon (33%), Sauvignon Gris (29%), and Muscadelle (5%).

    Vinification and aging

    - The grapes are sorted using optical sorting
    - The wines are aged in new barrels for 1/3 of the harvest, in barrels that have held one wine for 1/3 and in vats.
