    Owner and history

The 53 hectares include 46 hectares of red grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot) and 7 hectares of white grapes (Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon). The vineyard is located on a gravelly ridge in Léognan.

    Vinification and aging

In 1997, with the arrival of the Bonnie family, numerous changes and innovations were implemented. Herbicides were banned, the vineyards were plowed entirely, and fallow land was established. The winery operates using gravity flow to avoid disturbing the grapes. Vinification is carried out plot by plot, in small, truncated conical stainless steel and wooden vats.
