    Owner and history

    The terroir extends over 46 hectares where red grapes are cultivated, and over 7 hectares where white grapes are cultivated. 53 hectares in gravelly soil and a subsoil of shelly limestone where Sauvignon (80%), Merlot (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (8%) and Petit Verdot (2%) are harvested.

    Vinification and aging

    Since 1997, the Bonnie family has implemented numerous changes at the estate, including full tilling, zero herbicides, sustainable treatments, integrated pest management practices with kilometers of diverse hedgerows, flowering fallow land, etc. The winery houses a completely gravity-fed transport system. Everything is designed to produce wines with respect for and preservation of the environment.
