    This Pauillac pairs perfectly with grilled ribeye steak, roast rack of lamb, or mature cheeses such as Comté or Saint-Nectaire. To fully appreciate its nuances, it is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18°C, after decanting it for an hour.

    Owner and history

    Château Pedesclaux produces on 50 hectares of vines on a soil of Garonne gravel on a limestone base.

    Vinification and aging

    For the 2014 vintage, the grapes were gravity-fed into the vats without crushing, followed by cold pre-fermentation maceration and a long vatting period. The wine was aged for 16 months in barrels, 60% of which were new.
