    Owner and history

The estate covers 120 hectares, 83 of which are dedicated to viticulture. Three grape varieties are cultivated on Günzian gravel soils over a clay-limestone base: Merlot (54%), Cabernet Sauvignon (42%), and Cabernet Franc (4%), each grown in a separate plot. Great care is taken to concentrate the aromas in the berries. The vines are planted very close together to encourage competition among the grapes. The harvest is done by hand, and the winemaking process is carried out plot by plot.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with sorting on a table and destemming
    - Traditional winemaking in cement and stainless steel tanks
    - Aged 90% in new oak barrels for 12 months
