    Owner and history

    Château Sociando-Mallet is located in the Haut-Médoc appellation. The vineyard covers 83 hectares, with vines averaging 35 years old. The terroir consists of gravel and a clay-limestone subsoil, ideal for the region's flagship grape varieties. The vineyard is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon (42%), Merlot (54%), and Cabernet Franc (4%).

    Vinification and aging
