Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Clos Puy Arnaud is carried out with respect for tradition. After a manual harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for optimal temperature management. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, to add a touch of complexity without masking the fruit.
