Owner and history

Génération XIX comes from a plot of land approximately 60 years old, covering 1 hectare. The Kimmeridgian marl soil is very characteristic of the appellation. The vineyard is managed organically and biodynamically and worked by hand.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking in barrels
Aged in new 300-500 litre barrels then in bulk for 6 to 8 months
Approximately 2800 bottles are produced every year
