    Owner and history

    The conversion of the vineyard to organic farming began in 2010, with certification obtained in 2013. The soil consists of Jurassic marls.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard
    - Pressing of the whole grapes
    - Fermentation in stainless steel tanks
    - Aged for 3 years in 228L oak barrels, under a veil of yeast (oxidative aging, untopped barrels)
