    Owner and history

    The vines are located at altitude, in a vineyard at 450 meters. The harvest is therefore done by hand, as no machinery can access the vines. Savagnin is a local grape variety that allows the terroir to express itself perfectly.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes,
    - whole bunch pressing
    - Fermentation in stainless steel tanks
    - Aged for 2 years in oak barrels then under a veil of yeast.
