    Jean-Charles Abbatucci, son of Count Antoine Abbatucci, passionately carries on the family winemaking heritage. Trained in biodynamic viticulture since the 2000s, he places respect for the land and indigenous grape varieties at the heart of his commitment. His vision: to produce authentic, distinctive wines that faithfully reflect Corsica. Thanks to his meticulous work, the estate has established itself as a model of artisanal and responsible winemaking on the island.

    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Domaine Comte Abbatucci follows natural practices, with spontaneous fermentations and gentle extraction to preserve the finesse of the tannins.
    The Valle di Mare cuvée is aged in stainless steel tanks for several months to preserve the full vibrancy of the fruit and the wine's natural freshness. No unnecessary additives are used, allowing for an authentic expression of the vintage and the terroir.
