    Owner and history

    The estate's terroir is unique: it lies in the heart of Corsica, between the sea and the mountains. This privileged location allows the grapes to retain their beautiful freshness. The winemaker is currently converting to organic farming!

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested, traditionally vinified with indigenous yeasts. Aged in large oak casks for 14 to 16 months.
