    We love to pair this great vintage with a lamb tagine with prunes, osso buco, or a fine rib of beef with mushrooms. Serve at around 16°C, and allow it to breathe, especially when young.

    Owner and history

    The Syrah vines are on average 30 years old and grow in a magnificent terroir. They are laid out on terraces at an altitude of 250 meters and are cultivated by hand. The granite soil imparts a beautiful minerality to the wine.

    Vinification and aging

    - Harvesting and working the vines by hand
    - Traditional winemaking in stainless steel tanks with frequent punch-downs and pump-overs
    - Malolactic fermentation (new barrels)
    - Aged for 18 months in oak barrels
