    This cuvée comes from a selection of old and young vines in the Cornas appellation. The entire vineyard is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested followed by total destemming of the grapes
    - Winemaking without additives
    - Aged for 13 months in 400-liter barrels and concrete vats
    - Bottled without filtration or fining
