      Owner and history

      The vineyard is managed organically across its 13 hectares of vines. This cuvée comes from just 0.53 hectares of vines. This prestigious terroir is ideal for the development of Pinot Noir.

      Vinification and aging

      The grapes are harvested by hand. Pressing is done gently to extract all the delicate character of the grape variety. The wine is aged in oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Bottled without fining or filtration!
