Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for the 2018 Macan is meticulous, blending tradition and innovation. The grapes are carefully selected, then destemmed before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place in oak barrels, allowing the wine to acquire remarkable complexity and structure. This aging process, which lasts several months, promotes the integration of tannins and the development of subtle aromas.
