    Zind pairs perfectly with sushi, fish, scallop risotto, or even veal escalope with a creamy mushroom sauce! Serve at around 12°C.

    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from the prestigious Clos Windsbuhl vineyard, where Chardonnay and Auxerrois vines are planted on the coolest part, near the forest. Since Chardonnay is not permitted under the appellation's requirements, this cuvée is classified as Vin de France, despite its exceptional terroir. The vines, around thirty years old, grow in soil composed primarily of limestone.
