    Owner and history

    The Château Angélus vineyard is carried by the castle bells to the heart of a natural amphitheater. The vineyard extends over 39 hectares of vines within the Saint-Émilion appellation on clay-limestone soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Manual harvesting
    - The winemaking process takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    - The wine is aged for a period of 12 to 14 months in new oak barrels.
