    Serve at around 16°C after opening for at least an hour. Pair it with duck parmentier, salt pork, or roast beef. New potatoes with garlic and thyme would be a perfect accompaniment.

    Owner and history

    Mas Bruguière spans approximately 10 hectares across two small plots: Rocher de la Bergère and La Plaine. This cuvée comes from the Pic Saint Loup appellation, using the oldest Grenache and Syrah vines. The vineyard is certified organic and biodynamic! Mas Bruguière plays a significant role in the recognition of the appellation!

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification takes place in concrete vats. The wine is then aged for 18 months in large oak casks.
