    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 18 hectares. The grape varieties are typical of Saint-Estèphe, comprising 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. The Cos plateau is a terroir of Günzian gravel over limestone marl.

    Vinification and aging

    Significant technical investments have been made at the château, leading to a considerable improvement in the quality of the wines. These include a state-of-the-art vat room, a new cellar, and low-temperature vinification. These investments allow for the production of wines bursting with fruit.
