    Owner and history

    The vineyard is situated along a geological fault, characterized by a cool climate and late harvests. Cultivated organically since the 1970s, the vines are over 60 years old. The vineyard covers 22 hectares.

    Vinification and aging

    - Whole bunches
    - Aged for 12 months in 20% new barrels, 50% in barrels that have held 1 to 4 wines, and 30% in concrete tanks
    - Bottled without filtration
