    Owner and history

    This terroir is characterized by its freshness. The vines are located on a geological fault line, which provides a cool climate and therefore allows for late harvests. The vineyard has been cultivated organically since the 1970s. The vines are over 60 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    - Aged for 12 months in new barrels, barrels used for 1 to 4 wines, and concrete tanks
    - The wine is bottled without filtration
