    Owner and history

    This Bordeaux vineyard is located in the heart of the Haut-Médoc appellation and covers an area of ​​80 hectares. The vines are planted with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 10% Petit Verdot. Caroline Frey is leading the château towards a gradual conversion to organic and biodynamic viticulture.

    Vinification and aging

    The château's new winery boasts 72 temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The winemaking process is therefore carried out with meticulous care and precision. The Top Chef team even set up shop in the winery to film a segment for the popular television show.
