    Owner and history

    The Château Potensac vineyard covers 84 hectares. It is located west of the commune of Ordonnac. The terroir is composed of gravelly, sandy-gravelly and clay-limestone soils.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Traditional winemaking process lasting 15 to 18 days
    - Aged in barrels for 12 to 16 months (30% are new)
