    Owner and history

    This cuvée is a blend of three distinct terroirs: L'Ermite, Sabot, and Les Bessards. The soil consists of granitic sands, which are themselves covered with mica schist and gneiss. The Syrah vines benefit from protection against northerly winds, and the vineyard faces due south.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvesting of the grapes
    - Traditional winemaking in open concrete vats
    - Aged in oak barrels (new and one-year-old barrels)
