    Owner and history

    Les Bessards is the result of meticulous plot selection. The Syrah vines are located in the Les Bessards lieu-dit, in the heart of the Hermitage hillside. This exceptional cuvée is produced only in exceptional vintages and in very limited quantities.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness
    - Traditional winemaking in open concrete vats
    - Aged for 12 to 14 months in large new oak barrels (or barrels previously used for wine)
