    Owner and history

    This cuvée is made from a single Syrah grape variety grown on hillsides in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The vines are planted in soils composed of granite and rolled pebbles.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested plot by plot
    - Traditional winemaking in concrete vats
    - Aged for 14 months, partly in vats, the rest in barrels
