    La Garde is a selection of exceptional vineyard plots in highly prestigious locations on the Côte-Blonde and Côte-Brune. Here, Syrah is called Serine because it is an old, low-yielding, and very high-quality variety.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard
    - Winemaking with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 3 years in 228-litre barrels
