    Owner and history

    Today, the estate comprises 30 hectares within the Bandol appellation, with an average annual production of approximately 1,100 hectoliters. The average age of the vines is 25 years. Committed to respecting the terroir and its natural expression, the estate is certified organic.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested with total destemming
    - Fermentation takes place over 15 to 21 days in a closed vat
    - Maceration by re-mounting
    - Aged in 50 to 60 hectoliter oak casks for 18 months
