    Owner and history

    La Marginale is made from a selection of old Cabernet Franc vines planted in predominantly Turonian clay-limestone soil. The vineyard is entirely cultivated biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Harvesting and sorting by hand
    - Alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden vats with gentle pump-overs.
    - Malolactic fermentation in wooden vats
    - Aged in round oak barrels for 12 months
