    Owner and history

    Les Mémoires comes from an 80-are walled vineyard with old Cabernet Franc vines planted in 1904. The vines are planted in Turonian limestone and flint soil, which imparts a beautiful minerality to the wine. The vineyard is entirely cultivated biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard
    - Fermentation in cement vats
    - Maceration period of 10 to 18 days
