    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a plot located in the commune of Dampierre-sur-Loire, in Saumur. The Chenin vines grow in Upper Turonian clay-limestone soil. The vineyard is cultivated using biodynamic farming methods.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Alcoholic fermentation in oval barrels with pneumatic pressing
    - Aged on fine lees for 9 months
