The current owners continue to cultivate this philosophy, blending tradition and innovation to produce ever more remarkable vintages.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Petrus 1989 is distinguished by its artisanal approach, where each step is meticulously orchestrated. After a manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed.
