Owner and history

The plots of land in the villages of Vertus, Oger, Avize, and Cramant used for this cuvée are located on the Côte des Blancs, specifically on the 4th meridian. The name "Longitude" comes from this line formed by these four villages.

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested grapes
- Fermentation as natural as possible using indigenous yeasts
- Malolactic fermentation in large oak casks and barrels
- One-year rearing
Longitude comprises 40% reserve wines from different vintages. Extra-brut dosage around 4g/l.
