The Château Brown vineyard stretches across clay-limestone soils, ideal for cultivating noble grape varieties. These lands, bathed in the region's oceanic climate, benefit from optimal sun exposure. The vines, some several decades old, are cultivated with care, respecting both the environment and winemaking traditions. This attention to detail results in superior quality grapes, the hallmark of great wines.

    Owner and history

Château Brown is currently managed by the family of the estate's purchaser, who have preserved its heritage while adding a contemporary touch. Passionate about wine, they are committed to quality and sustainability, striving to offer wines that reflect the authenticity of their terroir. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, the estate continues to gain recognition on the international wine scene.

    Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Brown is carried out with great care, respecting traditional techniques while incorporating modern methods. The hand-harvested grapes are rigorously sorted before being destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature management. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 16 months. This process imparts complexity and depth to the wine, while preserving the expression of the terroir.
